For the purposes of POPIA, Michile Marcus is the responsible party for the personal information described below. Messages sent through the website enquiry form are delivered by email using Resend, a transactional email service that processes the message on Michile Marcus's behalf. Resend does not use your information for its own purposes. No enquiry details are stored in a database by this website — they exist only in the resulting email and, where you've phoned or messaged directly, in WhatsApp or standard phone records.

Sharing your information

Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except:

• With the email and WhatsApp service providers used to receive and respond to your enquiry
• Where a job genuinely needs a specialist outside this business's scope (for example, a registered electrician for work requiring a Certificate of Compliance) — and only with your knowledge
